                      13.10.1998 in M.C.O.P.No.320 of 1994 before the Motor Accident
                      Claims Tribunal (IV Additional Sub Court), Madurai.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.01.2021, there

was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the case was

'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for petitioner.

Therefore, C.M.P.No.8209 of 2001 is dismissed for

non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, C.M.A.SR.No.13820 of 2000

is rejected, at the S.R stage itself.
