                                                 JUDGMENT

Today, when this appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsels appearing for

the respondents are appeared before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo dated

19.12.2021 stating that the dispute between the appellants and the

respondents has been settled. Hence, the learned counsel seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal.

3. Recording the above said memo dated 19.12.2021, this

Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
