                                                           ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the State,

represented by the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption,

Tirunelveli, seeking leave to file appeal challenging the Judgment of

acquittal passed in Spl.C.No.44 of 2014 dated 10.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has

no objection to grant leave.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of

this petition and in view of no objection having been made by the learned

counsel for the respondent, leave is granted and the petition is ordered

accordingly.
