ORDER
The petitioners/ first and second accused have filed the Criminal
Original Petition seeking order to call for the records pertaining to the
charge in C.C.No764 of 2016, dated 17.10.2016 on the file of the learned
Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and quash the same.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned
Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the learned
Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, after completing the trial has pronounced a
judgment dated 19.08.2021, acquitting the accused Nos.1 and 2/ the
petitioners herein and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in
this petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is
dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal
