                                                          ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in

C.C.No.43 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the learned

Magistrate after completing the trial, pronounced the judgment on

23.10.2021, acquitting the petitioners/accused.

3. Recording the said submission, nothing survives for further

adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
