                                                        JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.)

Consistently there is no representation for the appellant. When the

matter was listed for hearing on 18.11.2021, learned counsel on either

side were not present, hence, the matter was adjourned to 29.11.2021.

On 29.11.2021 also, there was no representation for the appellant,

hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 01.12.2021

under the caption for dismissal. Though the matter has been listed under

the caption for dismissal, today also, none appeared for the appellant.

Hence, this court left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ

Appeal for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is

dismissed for non prosecution No costs. Consequently, the connected

Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
