                                                             JUDGMENT

The second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree

passed in A.S. No.21 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani dated

05.01.2011 reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.99 of 2008

and counter claim in O.S. No.99 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court,

Ottanchathiram dated 28.10.2009

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice

of the court that the parties have entered into a compromise and accordingly,

they have filed a joint memo of compromise, and the same has been scanned

and reproduced infra:

5. The second appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of

compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part and parcel of the
