                                                   JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

It is submitted by the parties that the disputes between them

have been resolved.

2. A memorandum has been filed by the first respondent on July

16, 2021 enclosing the Minutes of a meeting held between Chennai

Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board and V.A. Wabag Ltd

held on March 31, 2021. The Minutes reveal the manner in which the

parties have agreed to settle the disputes between them. It is

recorded that in terms of the said Minutes, the payment has to be

made by September 5, 2021.

3. In the light of such memorandum, O.S.A. No.120 of 2021 is

disposed of. C.M.P.No.5397 of 2021 is closed. There will be no order

as to costs.
