                                                    JUDGMENT

(Judgment of Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.)

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the

respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in

W.P.No.29554 of 2018 dated 27.04.2019, wherein, liberty was given to the

petitioner to approach the State Level Scrutiny Committee within a period of

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, after which, the

State Level Scrutiny committee was directed to dispose of the case within a

period of three months.

2. The learned State Government Counsel appearing for the

respondent has produced the proceedings of the Tamil Nadu State Level

Scrutiny Committee-III in Proceedings No.21530/CV-5/2018-6, dated

01.04.2021, in which, the claim of the writ petitioner was considered.

3. In view of the compliance of the orders passed by this Court in

W.P.No.29554 of 2018 dated 27.04.2019, the Contempt Petition is closed.
