appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner submits that he is not pressing the

Writ Appeal and he has also sent an e-mail dated 17.08.2021 to the Registry to

that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

appellant and the e-mail sent to the Registry, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. The e-mail dated 17.08.2021 shall be kept on record. No costs.
