                Prayer: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure
                Code, against the judgment and decree of the Subordinate Judge,
                Aruppukottai made in A.S No.6 of 2011 dated 12.09.2011 allowing the
                judgment and decree passed by the District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai
                made in O.S No.394 of 2004 dated 02.12.2010.

                                                JUDGEMENT

This Second Appeal arises out of the judgment made in O.S No.

394 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai. The

defendant is the appellant in this Second Appeal. It is a suit for

the Court that in E.P No.41 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District

Munsif Court, Aruppukottai, an endorsement was made on 19.03.2020

that the Original Suit itself is not being pressed. Therefore, nothing

survives for consideration in this Second Appeal. This Second Appeal

stands closed. MP(MD)No.1 of 2012 also stands closed. No costs.
