There is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

2.This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 29.07.2011

passed in W.P.No.17487 of 2011, whereby the learned single Judge

merely permitted the first respondent herein to make the payment due

in instalments.

3.On perusal of the order under challenge, it appears that even

the said period has expired. The order was passed by the learned

single Judge on 29.07.2011 and it has worked itself out. If the first

respondent has not complied with the order of the learned single

Judge, obviously, the consequence would follow.

4.In such view of the matter, the writ appeal stands closed. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
