This appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the

dismissed the writ petition.

W.A.No.2023 of 2018

2. Inasmuch as such a request sought for has already

been rejected coupled with the right of the respondent to pass such

an order when the request is made for a specific place, we do not

find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

However, the disposal of the appeal will not stand in the way of the

appellant seeking to make a fresh request. As and when such a

request is made, the respondent can consider it to have such fasting

in an unobjectionable place taking into consideration the prevailing

pandemic situation.

3. The writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No

costs.
