This writ appeal is directed against the order dated

23.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.11131 of 2015, whereby the learned

Single Judge dismissed the writ petition as not maintainable.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the

appellant is no more and, therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as

abated.

3. In view of the above, the writ appeal stands dismissed as

abated, however, with liberty to file appropriate petition, if so advised.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
