Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the sole respondent

is dead long time back and till date, steps have also not been taken by the

Appellants to bring on record the legal representatives for the deceased sole

respondent.

2. Since no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal

representatives for the deceased sole respondent, these Second Appeals

shall stand dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petitions are closed.
