The applicants have filed the present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR/Crime No.0238/2020 registered at Police Station Gunaur, District Panna.

Perused the office report available on record. After investigation, challan was filed and the applicants were tried in RCT No.1078/2021, which has been finally decided vide judgment dated 14.03.2024, whereby the applicants have been acquitted. Hence, the present

M.Cr.C. is rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present M.Cr.C. is disposed of as infructuous.
