Being aggrieved by the registration of FIR No. 975/2017 dated 28/06/2017 at Police Station, Kotwali Katni, District Katni by which cognizance has been taken by the Sessions Court in ST No. 167/2017.

Shri Ajay Tamrakar, counsel for the Government has informed that the

aforementioned trial has already been concluded by the VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Katni vide judgment dated 13/03/2021.

In view of the statements so made, nothing further survives for

adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
