                                                                  ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashment of the proceedings of RCA No.150/2019 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Satna, which has been preferred being aggrieved of the judgment dated 22.08.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Satna in criminal case No.1374/2017, whereby the the applicant has been convicted for offence

under Sections 456, 354 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 1 year and fine of Rs.500/- with a clear stipulation to undergo additional R.I. for 1 month in default of payment of fine amount, for each count.

During pendency of the present petition, applicant Ravi Kushwaha and non-applicant No.2 Uma Kushwaha have amicably resolved their dispute and have moved I.A. No.26397/2024 seeking permission to compound the

2 MCRC-42249-2024 offence. Registrar (Judicial-I) has duly verified the factum of compromise vide report dated 08.01.2025.

In view of the aforesaid so also taking report dated 08.01.2025 into consideration, impugned judgment dated 22.08.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Satna is hereby set aside.

In above terms, the present petition is disposed of.
