Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Division Bench issued a direction on 23.2.2024 to implead the necessary parties in the case by

moving an appropriate application, in view of judgment of Apex Court delivered in the matter of The General Manager South Central Railway Secunderabad and Another vs. AVR Siddhanttti and Others reported in (1974) 4 SCC 335 there is no need to implead the aspirants, those have been selected in OBC category and will be required to be shifted in unreserved category, if petition is allowed.

In considered opinion of this Court once the order has been passed and direction has already been issued by Division Bench this Court cannot reconsider the same and if petitioner is aggrieved by the order, the petitioner

may avail the remedy available in law.

The petitioner is directed to comply with the order dated 23.2.2024. List in week commencing 15.7.2024.
