                           allowed. Petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment during the course of

                           the day.

                                  Issue notice to the respondent on payment of process fee by registered

as well as ordinary mode within seven days. Notices be made returnable within four weeks.

List this case in the first week of July, 2024. Till next date of hearing, final judgment shall not be passed by the Trial Court, but proceedings in the Lower Court shall go on.
