Vishal Mishra passed the following:
ORDER
Alleging the non-compliance of the order dated 31.07.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.5098 of 2020, this contempt petition has been filed.
2. On going through the order passed by this court, it is seen that the writ petition was disposed off observing that the question of law which arise for consideration in the present case is covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.8219 of 2020 (Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited and Another Vs. S.R. Ramchandran and Others) dated 11.07.2023 and in the aforesaid terms, the writ petition was disposed off. However, no time limit is fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court to
comply with the same nor any time limit is fixed by this court while disposing off the writ petition. Under these circumstances, it cannot be said to be a willful disobedience on the part of the respondent authorities in not complying with the order passed by this court or by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
3. Under these circumstances, no contempt is made out. The contempt petition is dismissed.
