"(1) Whether learned first appellate court has erred of law in reversing trial court judgment and decree dated 09.12.2014 passed in Civil Suit No.19-A/2012?

(2) Whether learned appellate court has committed error of law in applying Section 4 of Easement Act, 1882? (3) Whether the learned appellate court committed error of law in applying Section 131 of MPLR Code, 1959?"

Issue notice to the respondents by RAD mode on payment of P.F. within seven working days.

List the matter for final hearing in due course.
