Heard on IA No.2037/2024, an application for correction/modification in the judgment dated 29.01.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in para-1 of the

aforesaid judgment, due to oversight/typographical error, the name of the learned trial Court has been wrongly mentioned as "Learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Neemuch (MP)" in place of "Learned 5th ASJ/Special Judge NDPS Act, Mandsaur (MP)" so also the Special case number has been mentioned as "S.T. No.-24/2019" in place of "Special Case No.07/2014". Hence, prayer has been made for correction in para no.1 of the aforesaid order.

3. On perusal of the order and record, this Court finds that the said mistake appears to be typographical error which is required to be modified/corrected.

4. In view of the aforesaid prayer, IA No.2037/2024 is allowed and it is directed that in para-1 of the judgment dated 29.01.2024 name of the learned trial Court shall be read as "Learned 5th ASJ/Special Judge NDPS Act, Mandsaur (MP)" and the Special Case number be read as "Special Case No.07/2014".

4. This order be read conjointly with judgment dated 29.01.2024.
