Shri Raja Bhaiya Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, has placed on record order of Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 288/2022 wherein order of Single Bench has been stayed by the Division Bench in light of the

judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Karnataka State Road Trnasport Corporation and others Vs. S.G. Kotturappa and another, (2005) 3 SCC 409 and Banglore Metropolitan Transport Corporation Vs. T.V. Anandappa, (2011) 1 SCC (L&S) 706 where it is held that protection under the Industrial Disputes Act is not available to the Badli Workers.

In view of such facts, list this case after disposal of W.A. No.288/2022. Interim order, if any, to continue.
