                                 " 1 . Whether the first appellate court was not justified in
                                 reversing the judgment and decree of trial court holding that sale
                                 deed Ex.P/15 was invalid and appellants did not get any right,
                                 title or interest in respect of Khasra No. 712/2 admeasuring area
                                 of 0.576 hectare ?
                                 Issue notice of final hearing to the respondents on payment of PF within

seven working days. It be made returnable within six weeks.
