"Whether, First Appellate Court has erred in law in dismissing the suit of the appellants for permanent injunction when First Appellate Court has found proved in Para-25 of the judgment that father of appellants (Late Ramkinkar Pandey) was in possession of the suit land since long time ?

Issue notice to the respondent No.1 alongwith memo of appeal, annexed documents, substantial question of law formulated by this Court and copy of I.A.No.383/2022 on payment of process fee within seven working days.

Notice be made returnable within four weeks. List the case after four weeks.
