                                 This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                           following:
                                                              ORDER

This petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 01.07.2022

passed by the Court of learned 14t h Civil Judge, Class -II, Gwalior in case No.A/2019 whereby the objection raised by the petitioner/defendant in relation to the insufficient stamp duty quo the judgment and decree dated 31.08.1988

passed by the learned 4th Civil Judge, Class-II has been dismissed.

O n perusal of the record, it is seen that on 03.09.2022, petitioner was directed to supply the copy of petition alongwith documents to counsel for the Signature Not Verified Signed by: ADNAN HUSAIN ANSARI Signing time: 17-10-2023 10:56:40 AM

caveator but it is submitted that copy has not been supplied till date.

Previously, on 03.08.2022 none present on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Therefore, it seems that the petitioner has lost her interest in prosecuting the present petition.

Hence, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court.
