The petitioner is directed to satisfy this Court on the following aspects through documentary evidence: The first submission is that the review petitioner

is a joint venture company of M/s Unitech Ltd, let him produce documentary evidence to this effect that it is a joint venture company of M/s Unitek Ltd: Second issue is that the order of Hon'ble the Supreme Court is dated 20.01.2020 as contained in Annexure R-4, whether it will have retrospective application so to nullify the order of Real Estate Regulatory Authority passed on 19.08.2019; and thirdly whether in view of the said judgment of the Supreme Court can an order of Real Estate Regulatory Authority which was passed much before the order of the Supreme Court, can be nullified.

Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time to prepare and

argue this case on the aforesaid aspects.

It is made clear that pendency of this review petition will not cause any hindrance in execution of the RRC, as no stay is granted by this Court.

List the case after four weeks.
