                                 Appellant's contention is that the impugned judgment passed by learned
                           6th District Judge, Chhatarpur remanding the matter after framing additional
                           issue is not called for inasmuch as plaintiff/appellant is the owner of the suit
                           land which he had purchased through registered sale deed dated 22/12/1989.

                                 Issue notice to the respondents, on payment of process fee within seven

days by registered AD post.

Notice be made returnable within four weeks. Till then, operation of the impugned judgment dated 28/06/2023 shall remain stayed.
