                                    Shri Haresh Kuma Pardasani, learned counsel for the petitioner.


                                    Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as
                           Nutrition Officer and his claim has been rejected by the Labour Court on the
                           ground he is not workman. He submits that in the light of the latest judgment

                           passed by the Supreme Court in the case of Rajneesh Kanjuria Vs. M/S
                           Wockhardt Ltd. and Anrs. reported in 2020 (3) SCC 86, the petitioner would
                           fall within the definition of workmen.
                                    Considering the same, issue notice to the respondents on payment of P.F

within 7 working days by registered AD, returnable within 4 weeks'.
