                                    This application coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed
                          the following:
                                                                 ORDER

T his petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.266/2015 registered at Police Station Joura, District Morena for the offence punishable under Sections 406 of IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said Crime Number.

A s per the office/status report, the impugned proceedings stands concluded vid e judgment dated 16/03/2023 delivered by the JMFC, Joura,

District Morena (M.P.) in RCT No.758/2015.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this petition to address upon and the same is hereby dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
