                                This application coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed

T his petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.112/2017 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Morena for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(d) of IPC and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said Crime Number.

A s per the status report, the impugned proceedings stands concluded vide judgment dated 22/12/2022 delivered by the Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Morena, District Morena (M.P.) in ST No.173/2017.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this petition to address upon and the same is hereby dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
