      This application coming on for hearing this day, the court passed the
following:
                                   ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashment of F.I.R. registered at Crime No.368/2014 at P.S. Dehat, District Bhind for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 307 of IPC and

Sections 25,27 of Arms Act and also the consequential proceedings on the ground that false charge-sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that trial is completed and due to stay of the proceedings by this Court, the judgment could not be pronounced.

Looking to the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The stay granted on 25.01.2023 stands vacated.
