Since vide order dated 03.09.2013, execution of the impugned judgment and decree has been stayed, therefore, respondents are directed not to alienate the property in dispute which is mentioned in agreement dated 14.09.2021 (Annexure A-1) till disposal of I.A.No.6144/2022.

List this matter after summer vacation, 2023.
