The present revision under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C has been filed against the order dated 22.02.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge, Ashoknagar District Ashoknagar (M.P.), by which they are convicted for the offence under Section 34(2) of Excise Act for 1-1 years' RI with fine of Rs. 25,000/- each with default stipulations.

This revision has been filed on the ground that the judgments passed by the Trial Court as well as Appellate Court based on conjuncture and surmises and contradictory evidence brought on record.

Up o n perusing the records of the Court below, this Court is of the considered opinion that no illegality has been committed by the courts below in passing the impugned judgments which need no interference.

Consequently, present criminal revision stands dismissed.
