Dated : 03-01-2023 As per Office note dated 24.12.2022 it has been pointed out that in Cr.A

No. 393 of 2008 judgment date has been wrongly typed as 31.10.2022, whereas, it ought to be as 19.12.2022.

In view of above, in first page of the judgment passed in Cr.A No. 393/2008 the date mentioned as '31.10.2022' be read as '19.12.2022'. Rest of the judgment passed in Cr.A No. 393/2008 shall remain intact.

This order shall be read conjointly with the judgment passed in Cr.A No. 393/2008. Accordingly, Office note dated 24.12.2022 stands closed and disposed of.
