At this juncture, learned counsel for the applicant informs that the case is fixed for arguments on 25.01.2023 before the court below and he has apprehension of its conclusion.

In the circumstance, it is directed that the court below may continue with the arguments, but shall not pass final order/judgment till the next of hearing.
