performance filed by respondents 1&2 was decreed.

This Court vide order dated 29/11/2022, sent the matter to the Mediator and in pursuance of which, the Mediator has submitted its report dated 16/01/2023, whereby parties have agreed to dispose off the first appeal as per terms and conditions mentioned in the report of Mediator dated 16/01/2023.

Accordingly, this first appeal is disposed off as per terms and conditions mentioned in the report dated 16/01/2023 and this report shall be treated as a part of order passed by this Court today.
