                                This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                          following:
                                                             ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that this is a petition assailing the order dated 30.10.2021 (Annexure-P/6) by which, an application moved by the defendant no.1 under Section 10 of CPC was dismissed.

It is contended by the respondent that during the pendency of this petition, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and decree has also been passed in the Lok Adalat vide judgment dated 11.02.2023. Accordingly,

submits that the petition has become rendered infructuous.

In view of the decree passed by the Lok Adalat dated 11.02.2023, the petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
