Present revision has been filed by the applicant being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is 1 year.

Heard on I.A.No.3447/2023, which is an application for suspension of

sentence and grant of bail.

In view of the short sentence of one year imposed upon the applicant by the learned trial court and the fact that revision will take long time to be heard and decided, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

Record of the trial court be called for. Revision is admitted for final hearing.

List on 21.06.2023 for final hearing at motion stage. C.C. as per rules.
