                                             This revision coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the

                                       following:
                                                                           ORDER

It is submitted that matter is amicably settled between the parties and is duly verified before the Registrar (Judicial-II), wherein parties have mentioned that complainant has received a sum of Rs.10,40,400/- in full and final settlement of their dispute arising out of dishonour of the cheque. Judgment dated 16.01.2020 passed in criminal case No.258/2017 by the learned

JMFC, Khandwa and judgment dated 20.09.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No.27/2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Khandwa are quashed. Conviction and sentence accorded to the revision petitioner are set aside.

In above terms, this criminal revision is disposed of.
