                          the following:
                                                           ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashment of FIR bearing crime No. 207/2018 registered at police station Dehat, District Signature Not Verified Signed by: ADNAN HUSAIN ANSARI Signing time: 2/15/2023 7:29:08 PM

Ashoknagar for offences under Sections 341, 354/34 Section 3(2)(va), 3(1)(w)

(i) of SC/ST Act as well as quashment of other consequential proceedings qua the present applicants in connection with the aforesaid F.I.R.

On perusal of status report, it reveals that petitioners have already been acquitted of aforesaid offences by the Court below vide judgment dated 07.04.2021.

In view of the above, this petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as rendered infructuous.
