Learned counsel for the petitioners has shown grievance with respect to

the attitude and conduct of the revenue authority, not recording the names of the petitioners and allowing their applications despite the fact that the civil Court has passed the judgment and decree in favour of the petitioners and that judgment and decree has attained finality not disturbed so far.

Let notice be issued to the respondents on payment of process fee within a period of seven days by RAD mode, returnable within four weeks.
