                                    The appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law:-
                                         "Whether, without considering effect of relinquishment in previous
                                   suit no. 46-A/1996 (5-A/2003) and subsequent judgment and decree

                                   passed upto Hon'ble High Court, learned courts below have erred in
                                   dismissing the suit ?"
                                    Issue notice of final hearing to respondents by RAD post on payment of

process fee within seven working days. Notice be made returnable within eight weeks.

Till next date of hearing, parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of suit property.

List after service of notice. Certified copy as per rules. List the matter after eight weeks.
