Appellant/wife Smt. Kaliya Dhakad is before this Court against dismissal of suit for divorce by the Family Court Shivpuri vide its judgment dated
06.09.2022.
Today, both the appellant/wife and respondent/husband are present and represented through their Advocates. They expressed their desire to settle the dispute between them since they cannot live like friends, they should depart like friends.
We appreciate gesture of both the parties as settlement or compromise or mediation are the best mode of resolution of disputes saving parties not only from expenses but also valuable years ahead.
Let both parties appear before the Principal Registrar for recording of
their statements with ID proof in support of the instant I.A. on 18.04.2023 at 3.00 O'clock. Thereafter, case be posted for consideration before this Court on the same date.
