      This appeal coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
following:
                                  ORDER

Appellant/petitioner vide letter dated 25/7/2022 has filed this petition through jail against the judgment dated 3/6/2022 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Mehgaon, District Bhind in Criminal Appeal No.39/2020, whereby the judgment and sentence dated 9/2/2019 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mehgaon, District Bhind in Criminal Case No.16/2014 convicting the appellant/petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act was affirmed.

It appears that this case has wrongly been registered as Criminal Appeal, instead of Criminal Revision, therefore, office is directed to convert and register this case as Criminal Revision.

The office is further directed to list the Criminal Revision in the week commencing 24/4/2023.

Since no one is appearing on behalf of the appellant/petitioner, therefore, Legal Aid Services Authority, Gwalior is directed to appoint some counsel, from the panel of Legal Aid, to prosecute the Criminal Revision on behalf of the petitioner.

With aforesaid, this Criminal Appeal is disposed of.
