decree passed in civil suit; secondly, whether any compromise has been entered into between the parties.
List in the week commencing 28.11.2022. State is also granted three weeks' time to file reply by way of last indulgence, failing which right of the State to file reply shall be closed.
Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date of hearing.
