This appeal coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the
following:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the parties submits that they have amicably settled the dispute and have filed compromise/settlement in this appeal.
According to the compromise, the Tribunal has awarded an amount of Rs.10,15,400/- . The parties have settled the dispute for an amount of Rs.8,15,400/- for which they have filed docket with the terms settlement. The settlement is taken on record.
Accordingly this appeal is disposed off in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The remaining part of the award shall remain intact.
This matter has been disposed of in this Lok Adalat. Entire court fee should be refunded without any deduction according to judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in the case of Ramesh Chandra Vs. State of M.P. ILR 2012 MP 320.
