Heard on I.A.No.3241/2020, an application for amendment. This is an appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed by JMFC, Bhopal in a case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It is to be filed under Section 378 of Cr.P.C. Complainant cannot file it under Section 372 of Cr.P.C as

complainant does not come within the definition of victim. Hence, I.A.No.3241/2020 for converting this appeal into appeal under Section 372 of Cr.P.C is dismissed.

Appellant is at liberty to file proper application as per the law. As prayed, list after four weeks.
