As per the Registry's report, appeal is filed within time. Therefore, IA.No.5623/2021 stands disposed of. Both the parties are heard on IA.No.5265/2021, which is an application grant of interim stay.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, subject to deposit of 50% of the decreetal amount within four weeks from today, the effects and operations of the impugned judgment and decree dated 05/02/2021 in Civil Misc. Case No.39/2020 shall remain stayed until further orders.
